Jiu-Jitsu is a sport which uses the entire body. Every class you will get a full body workout and build strength the more you train!
Your cardio will be put to the test as you begin to train with other teammates, putting your new skills to the test
Understand the strategy to defeat an opponent by using leverage, connection and weight distribution
