This class is designed to let the advanced students take ownership of their training. Allowing them to focus on their style and game and practice what they want to in order to achieve their goals.
This class is for blue belts and above only
Every week, each student is expected to have a goal or task they want to achieve that week.
Students can work with the coaches to come up with specific techniques or concepts that should be practiced.
The modern jiu-jitsu taught will vary from week to week.
Students have the ability to train either GI or NOGI based on their own goals.
